This smoothie base makes this recipe great, then it becomes amazing with the added premium ingredients!

6 oz Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
1/2 c frozen Organic Strawberries
1 frozen Organic Banana
1 serving BioK+ Probiotic
1.5 servings Organic Wheat Grass Powder
1 serving Rainbow Vibrance
2 servings Organic Sea Buckthorn puree
1 serving Pure Green Protein
1 tbsp Organic Milled Flax Seed

Combine all ingredients using a Blender or Vitamix. Drink and enjoy great health!

The relinquishing of time creates more time. One hour of exercise = everlasting energy.

We are all participating in the marathon of life. To be productive, you have to pace yourself in order to feel strong, alert, and energetic. With the right pace, mindset, and diet, anything is possible. Most of us manage business(s), raise families, and nurture relationships both personal and professional day in and day out, and believe it or not, exercise GIVES you the energy to do this.

Need an altitude or attitude adjustment? How to fortify the body in times of stress.

Running up a few flights of stairs can leave me winded; bounding up endless flights of monastery stairs at 12,000 feet altitude is a whole ‘nother story. My husband and I lead tours to India, including the Tibetan plateau of Ladakh nestled high in the Himalayas. On our last trip we drove over one of the world’s highest motorable passes, Khardung La at 17,582 feet. How in the world does one prepare the body for such a shift? With Adrenal Health that’s how!

Yoga has a long history. Locations in the Indus Valley show stone carvings of Yoga poses dating back approximately 5000 years. Yoga was thought to be discovered in this country in the 1800’s but was widely known and accepted in the 1960’s due to the interest in eastern cultures.
