truMedic TENS Unit Review and Giveaway

truMedic TENS Unit

The winner has been chosen! Congratulations Kelly, we hope you love your truMedic TENS unit!

Since the start of 2016, I have been studying electricity and its relationship to healing. You can read what we have shared so far in this post. I was thrilled when truMedic contacted us about doing a product review and giveaway for a TENS unit! I knew these types of machines were commonly used by physical therapists, and coincidently my chiropractor had recently added TENS to her practice. I could deduce what the benefits are by how they are used, but I honestly didn’t know much.

Fitness advice circa 1959 from Bonnie Prudden

A friend was cleaning out her family home and ran across this fitness record by Bonnie Prudden. She gave it to me thinking I might be interested in seeing the workout she remembers doing as a kid, along with members of her family. I had never heard of Bonnie Prudden, and when I opened the record, it seemed I had struck gold! A whole workout with pictures, instructions, and advice. The exercise facts below are quoted exactly as found in the album text. Obviously the word choices reflect the year 1959, but over all, the advice still holds up today.
