Sustained Energy Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a great way to keep you going strong all day long. The protein, fat, and fiber in this recipe give you sustained energy, and the super fruit concentrates keep the immune system boosted when you may be most susceptible to “coming down with something”.

Ingredients used

1/4 c Organic Frozen Blueberries

1 Organic Banana

1 scoop Field of Greens

1 oz Organic Sea Buckthorn Puree

1 oz Tart Cherry Juice

1/2 oz Elderberry Extract

1/8 c Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil

1 scoop Whey Protein (or Plant Based Protein if you prefer)

4-6 oz Milk of your choice, water may also be used

Combine all of the ingredients in a Blender or Vitamix until smooth. Enjoy sustained energy!
