We are excited to share with you this feature we did with The Everygirl Blog! We love the blog and are honored to be working with their amazing team along with the photographer Naomi Chokr. The great thing about these workouts is that they all can be done almost anywhere and anytime. Little to no space or equipment needed!

Our feature on The Everygirl Blog was all about yoga. Both Melanie and I have a long history practicing and teaching so that was a very special piece for us both. This month’s feature was about a Toned Upper Body. I have asked Melanie time and time again, “How did you get those awesome arms”?!

She put together this workout for us and I have to say I was sore after the shoot! I’ve been incorporating weights into my workout for the past few years and I see what a difference it makes – one day I hope to have Mel’s arms! I will be using this workout personally and am excited for everyone to give it a try as well!

We were also excited to showcase a little of the beautiful town we live in – Sarasota, Florida. We are lucky to call this paradise home!
