By the looks of it, this smoothie has only 4 ingredients. But each listed ingredient offers diverse concentrated nutrition. The main focus when preparing this smoothie was the need for high amounts of probiotics and protein, and desiring a thinner “elixir” consistency. This combination also reminds us; when making smoothies, the recipe possibilities are endless!

Ingredients used

½ c frozen Organic Blueberries
2 containers of BioK+ Probiotics
6 oz Lemon Ginger Echinacea juice
2 servings Plant Based Protein

Combine in a Blender or Vitamix, and enjoy in good health. Cheers!
