Post Dentist Smoothie

This was the smoothie I made after getting home from my trip to the holistic dentist. The only procedure I had done was a cleaning, and the techniques they use minimize bacteria and inflammation, but it is always good to support the body’s healing and cleansing processes as much as possible.

Supplements post dentist

As I was pulling my smoothie ingredients from the refrigerator, I consumed one ounce each of the following supplements: Aloe, Sea Buckthorn, and Olive Leaf. Just prior to that I also used a Medicinal Mushroom Spray in my mouth.

Smoothie ingredients:

1 full container of BioK+ Probiotic
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
1 serving Rainbow Vibrance
2 servings Organic Wheatgrass Powder
1 serving frozen Cherry Juice Concentrate
1 oz Goji Berries
2 servings Plant Based Protein

Combine ingredients in a Blender or Vitamix and enjoy!
