A smoothie recipe that fills you up

This smoothie recipe fills you up fast! Probiotics, Omegas, Greens, Calcium, Protein, Fiber, and a lot of antioxidant action. It’s really well-balanced with all of the basics. You can always change out the milk for another variety, and don’t let the smoothie sit for too long, the chia seeds will thicken it rather quickly.

Smoothie Recipe

1 organic Banana

1/4 c organic frozen Strawberries

1 container BioK+ Probiotic

6 oz Almond Milk

1 oz organic Sea Buckthorn Puree

2 tbsp organic Chia Seeds

2 serving organic Wheat Grass Powder

1 serving Super Natural Calcium (hydrilla verticillata)

1 serving Plant Fusion Protein

Combine ingredients in a Blender or a Vitamix until smooth. Add ice if desired. Enjoy.
