Mangosteen and Coconut Oil

Sometimes you want extra support for specific reasons. The Mangosteen was added for its anti-inflammatory properties and the Coconut Oil for the healing and soothing properties. A banana is always a good addition to “smooth” out the taste or texture of ingredients that you are not quite sure will get approval from your finicky consumer.

2/3 c Frozen Organic Blueberries
1 Banana
1/3 c Organic Mangosteen Juice
1/3 c Organic Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
8 oz Organic Almond Milk
1/4 c Organic Coconut Oil
1 Serving Pure Green Protein Chocolate
1 Serving Plant Fusion Plant Protein Vanilla
2 Servings Wholeganic Greens
2 Servings Organic Wheatgrass Powder

Combine in Blender or Vitamix and enjoy! Note: if you add ice, the coconut oil won’t disperse as well, so try to have the liquids cold, and then throw completed smoothie into refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes if needed.
