Smoothie Recipe: Dark and Thick from the Berries and Seeds.

Smoothie Recipe

1/2 c Frozen Wild Blueberry and Raspberry Blend
8 oz Organic Almond Milk
2 oz Organic Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
2 tbsp Organic Milled Flax Seeds
1/8 c Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 Serving Wholeganic Greens Powder
1 Serving Pure Green Protein

Combine all ingredients with a Blender or Vitamix. Keep in mind that you may notice the seeds quite a bit if you don’t use a Vitamix. Especially from the Raspberries.
