Is it Super Foods or Superfoods? What about Wheat Grass or Wheatgrass? Either way, there is no denying the convenience of including these in your daily diet. It is easier than you think to consume at least one meal a day that contains super-powered nutrition. Smoothies and concentrated superfoods make it easy!

1/2 c frozen wild Blueberries

8 oz organic Almond Milk

1 serving organic Sea Buckthorn Puree

1 serving organic Wheat Grass powder

1 tbsp organic Coconut Oil

1 serving Green Vibrance

1 serving Rainbow Vibrance

1 serving Pure Green Protein

Combine in a Blender or Vitamix until…….. smooth. 🙂
