Smoothie Recipe: Blueberry, Banana, Raw Cocoa Beans, and Greens Powder Powered

This Smoothie ended up having 3 versions in 3 days. This is a great example of how you can be creative, change up your nutrient and super food profile, and never really go wrong when making a smoothie. It is all about nutrient density, and smoothies can give you a big bang for your buck, and big return on investment, if you load them up with good stuff!

Version 1:
1/2 c frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 frozen Organic Banana
10 oz Organic Almond Milk
1/3 c Organic Raw Cocoa Beans
1 heaping scoop of Green Vibrance
1 serving Plant Fusion Plant Protein
1 tsp Organic Wheat Grass Powder

Version 2 the next day:
1/4 c frozen Wild Blueberries
1 frozen Organic Banana
10 oz Organic Almond Milk
1/4 c Organic Raw Cocoa Beans
1 heaping scoop of Green Vibrance
1 serving Pure Green Protein
1 tsp Organic Wheat Grass Powder
1 tsp Organic Borage Oil

Version 3, Day 3:
1/2 c frozen Wild Blueberries
1/3 frozen Organic Banana
2 oz Organic Almond Milk
8 oz Coconut Water
1/8 c Organic Raw Cocoa Beans
1 scoop Green Vibrance
1 serving Protein Energizer Plant Based Protein
1 tsp Organic Wheat Grass Powder
1 tsp Organic Borage Oil

Throw all ingredients in a Blender or Vitamix and combine until smooth.

*Note: The cocoa beans in the Blender will leave teeny-tiny pieces you will have to chew (no big deal). The Vitamix mixes them so fine you won’t know they are there except for that subtle bitterness they offer; which is a nice balance to smoothies that are sweet.
