Most store bought salad dressings are loaded with unhealthy oils and sugars. This oil free dressing is easy to make and has fresh ingredients so you don’t have to worry about excess calories and bad fats. Use an oil free dressing in summer salads to beat the heat and enhance all of your fresh garden picks.

6 oz fresh raspberries, washed (1 cup)
1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
2 teaspoon umeboshi vinegar, or plum vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped shallot
Place all ingredients in small food processor or blender. Add 1/4 cup water and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
