Recipe: Flour-less Nut Butter Cookies. Who says you need flour to bake a delicious simple cookie?

Not us. These cookies are easy to make and contain no flour. I cut the sugar in half from the original recipe and eliminated the chocolate topping, but you can drizzle melted chocolate on top if desired :). These are great to eat as an energy treat for breakfast or before a workout. Let us know if you make these, and any other additions that you might try.

1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew) *the pictures show a peanut butter version
1/2 cup Florida Crystals (preferably brown)
1 egg

Blend ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on cookie rack. Enjoy!
