The last smoothie recipe we posted contained the surprising last minute addition of medicinal mushrooms in the form of coffee grounds, which were a huge hit! They add flavor, texture, and sustained energy to the smoothie! So we had to try adding the medicinal mushrooms to another combo of super foods, and this smoothie was delicious too.

8 oz Almond Milk
1 organic frozen Banana
1 oz organic Goji Berries
1 tbsp organic Coconut Oil
1 serving Green Vibrance
1 serving Plant Based Protein
1 tbsp Medicinal Mushrooms Coffee grounds

Combine all ingredients in a Blender or Vitamix. Pour into glasses, drink and enjoy!
