Mangolicious and Nutritious Smoothie

It is so easy to make a delicious and nutritious smoothie these days, it just takes a little practice, and willingness to try! Smoothies are really hard to screw up, thankfully we have many delicious super foods readily available that we can add to help us make up for the lack of nutrition in our typical daily diets. 

Ingredients used

1/2 c frozen Organic Mango
5 oz Almond Milk
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
1 oz Organic Goji Berries
1 serving Green Vibrance
1 serving Rainbow Vibrance
1 serving Whey Protein

Combine ingredients using a Blender or Vitamix until smooth, and enjoy!

Tip: most whey proteins when blended at high speeds for longer then 15 seconds or so, will change the consistency of the smoothie to a frothy texture. If that kind of texture is undesirable to you, blend the other ingredients together first, then add the whey protein at the end, blending it only long enough for it to mix through.
