High ORAC Score Smoothie

It is actually pretty easy to make a high ORAC score smoothie these days. This recipe came about because of a new product just arriving to the U.S. market that we are trying out called: Gula Java Matcha (more details on this at a later date). Consuming high ORAC score foods is important for optimal health.

We have explained ORAC values in this post if you need more information.

High ORAC Score Ingredients:

1/2 c Fresh Organic Raspberries

1 oz Sea Buckthorn Puree

1 tbsp Elderberry Syrup

1 tbsp Gula Java Matcha

1 serving PhytoBerry

Complementary Ingredients:

1 – 3 oz container BioK+ Fermented Probiotic

2 tbsp Organic Raw Shredded Coconut

1 serving Whey Protein

3/4 c ice

Combine all ingredients at once in a Blender or Vitamix. Drink the high ORAC elixir right into your cells. 🙂
