3. You don’t have to go on a big shopping spree to get started. Just start paying attention to the quality and quantity of food you are putting in your mouth. Don’t try to be perfect, but do get excited! The more educated you become, the closer to perfect health you will get. Each time you do spend money on food keep it simple and clean.
