Every so often I like to make a smoothie for dinner. When I do, I keep the recipe a little more basic than what I would do for breakfast or lunch. I don’t consume whey protein on a regular basis, I prefer plant based proteins, but when I make a smoothie at the end of the day, I will opt for whey protein because of the repair and sleep benefits it offers. This recipe was part dinner and part dessert. I had a large arugula salad as my main course, followed by this dessert smoothie.
Dessert Smoothie Ingredients
1/4 c frozen Organic Blueberries
1 serving Green Vibrance
1 serving Proventive Whey Protein
8oz Almond Milk
2 tbsp Raw Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Nibs
2 tbsp Raw Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Combine in Blender or Vitamix and enjoy!
