Dairy Free Calcium Rich Smoothie

Another well-balanced smoothie here for you to try. Healthy fat, fiber, greens, omega – 3, 6, 7, and 9, antioxidants, and protein. Plus, over 600 mg of calcium from a rooted fresh water plant called Hydrilla Verticillata! If you are not a fan of calcium supplements in general, Hydrilla might be perfect for you.

It is easy to make a calcium rich smoothie, without using any dairy!

5 oz Almond Milk

1/2 c Frozen Wild Blueberries

1 container BioK+ Probiotic (fermented rice or soy base)

1 tbsp organic Chia Seeds

1 oz organic Sea Buckthorn Puree

1 tbsp organic Coconut Oil

1 serving organic Wheat Grass Powder

1 serving Super Natural Calcium Powder (Hydrilla Verticillata)

1 serving Plant Fusion Protein

Combine all ingredients together with a Blender or Vitamix and enjoy poolside if you can! 🙂
