Blueberry, Homemade Almond Milk, Spinach, Chai Seed, Hemp Seed, and Green Powder Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for breakfast loaded with protein, calcium, omega-3’s and lots of antioxidants. I use the homemade almond milk and it tastes amazing! Always seek out organic produce and the highest quality pure, clean, super foods. Since you are taking in a high concentration of nutrition all at once, you want to make sure you have pure clean sources of high nutrient density!

1 cup chilled almond milk (preferably homemade)
Handful of spinach
1 cup blueberries (or other berries)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1 scoop Green Vibrance (or alternate green powder)

Blend all ingredients in the blender. Water can be added if the smoothie is too thick. Enjoy!
