“A” words for your Post Workout Smoothie. Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Oxidants, & Alkalize

Keep these three “A” words in mind when choosing ingredients for a post workout smoothie: Anti-inflammatory, Anti-oxidants, and Alkalize. 1 Organic Banana
1/4 c Frozen Pineapple (Organic whenever possible)

12 oz Almond Milk

1 serving Field of Greens
1 serving Plant Protein Powder
